At Sadafal Arogyam, we are deeply committed to your satisfaction and well-being. We strive to provide the highest quality services and products in alignment with our holistic principles. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds, created with transparency and mutual respect to ensure a clear understanding for all our valued guests and customers.

1. General Principle

Our policy is designed to be fair and respectful of the resources, expertise, and personalized care that goes into our offerings. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or booking.

2. Returns Policy for Tangible Products

We accept returns for physical products sold at our center or through our online store, subject to the following conditions:

A. Return Window: A product can be returned within 48 hours from the date of delivery, provided it is in its original condition.

B. Condition of the Product: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. The product must be returned with the original invoice.

C. Non-Returnable Products (For Health & Hygiene Reasons):
Due to the nature of the following items, we cannot accept returns for:

  1. Herbal Powders and Churnas: Once the packaging is opened, the product’s integrity cannot be verified.

  2. Medicated Oils & Tailams: These are susceptible to contamination and spillage.

  3. Potlis (Herbal Pouches for Sweat Therapy): These are considered personal wellness tools and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once sold.

  4. Personal Care Kits (e.g., Nasya, Gandusha): These kits are for individual use.

  5. Incense Sticks (Dhoop/Agarbatti) and Herbal Candles: These are consumable items.

  6. Ayurvedic Classical Medicines (Asavas, Arishtas, Bhasmas, etc.): These are sold as prescribed and are non-returnable for safety reasons.

  7. Yoga Accessories (e.g., Mats, Blocks, Straps): For hygiene reasons, these can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened.

  8. Wellness Books & Literature: Can only be returned if the seal/wrapper is intact.

  9. Dietary Supplements: Any product meant for internal use is non-returnable once sealed.

  10. Clothing (e.g., Yoga Wear, Kupis): For hygiene reasons, these items can only be returned with tags attached and in original, unwashed condition.

D. Process for Eligible Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact us at within the 48 hours window. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

3. Refunds Policy for Services

A. Core Principle on Service Refunds:
Due to the highly personalized, preparatory, and resource-intensive nature of our wellness services, refunds are not provided for services that have already been rendered or for a package that has commenced. Our treatments, consultations, and therapies involve dedicated time, expert effort, and the allocation of resources that cannot be reclaimed.

B. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that plans can change. We offer flexibility in rescheduling your bookings as a gesture of goodwill.

  • Consultations & Single Therapy Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full credit for a future session.

  • Residential Wellness Packages:

    • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus a nominal administrative fee.

    • Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

    • Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the package, or for early departure from the center. The resources, including room allocation, staff, and personalized treatment plans, are committed in advance.

C. Digital Products (e.g., Diet Plans):
All sales of digital products, including personalized diet plans, are final and non-refundable. These products are customized based on the detailed health information you provide, constituting a service rendered at the point of sale. We encourage you to provide accurate information and ask all necessary questions before purchase to ensure the plan meets your needs.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event that Sadafal Arogyam is unable to deliver a paid-for service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, center closure), guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay for a future date.
