Services refer to all offerings provided by Sadafal Arogyam, including but not limited to: naturopathic treatments, Panchakarma therapies, Ayurvedic consultations, yoga classes, dietary plans, workshops, and access to our website and digital content.
You refers to the guest, client, patient, or individual using our Services, or the legal entity on whose behalf they are acting.

Practitioner refers to our certified and qualified doctors, therapists, yoga instructors, and wellness guides.
These Terms form a sacred and binding agreement between you and Sadafal Arogyam. By booking a stay, undergoing treatments, or using our Services, you consciously accept these Terms in full.
We create a space for deep healing and responsibility. You affirm that you have disclosed your complete and accurate medical history, current health conditions, and any medications you are taking. Our treatments are complementary and holistic in nature and are not a substitute for urgent medical care or diagnosis from a licensed physician in case of surgical operations and life saving contingencies.
Healing is a collaborative journey. You agree to:
Participate fully and truthfully in consultations with our Practitioners.
Follow the prescribed diet, lifestyle, and treatment plans to the best of your ability.
Inform your Practitioner immediately of any discomfort or change in your condition during or after a treatment.
Understand that results from holistic therapies can vary from person to person and are influenced by numerous factors including your adherence to the program.
We humbly request you to understand that our services, being time-sensitive and involving dedicated resources, are subject to the following:
Payments: All payments for consultations, packages, and stays are to be made in advance, as per the communicated schedule.
Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our services and advance resource allocation, all payments are final and non-refundable. In case of genuine emergencies, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit for future use, subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us directly to discuss such situations.
No-Show: Failure to arrive for a booked appointment or program will result in forfeiture of the payment.
We are here to serve and guide you on your path to wellness with the utmost care and integrity. However, you acknowledge that all therapies and activities (including yoga) carry inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sadafal Arogyam, its owners, and Practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, loss of profits, or interruption of your personal routine, arising from your participation in our programs or use of our facilities.
Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service from which the claim arose.

They are not a replacement for diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed medical doctor for specific diseases and emergencies. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, holding exclusive jurisdiction. Should any concerns arise, we ask that you contact us first with humility and sincerity, allowing us a genuine opportunity to resolve the matter amicably.
